Written by Mel Wells, this book changed how I thought my relationship with food looked on page one. Finding food freedom and dealing with emotional eating this book is a must read for anyone who has ever struggled in any way with food and body image. I eat when I'm anxious, and new situations and circumstances can cause this to advance quickly.
